She has helped more than 250 people buy, sell, and invest in real estate, and her enthusiasm is contagious—some of her clients are now practicing real estate themselves.
Veronica works with international and local home buyers and sellers in the D.C., Northern Virginia, and Montgomery County markets. As a fluent Spanish speaker and certified international property specialist, she is an expert at navigating the complexities of international real estate, and connects her clients to the best specialists for managing international regulations.
Veronica was born and raised in Barcelona, Spain. She grew up around her parents’ real estate and construction business, which led to her lifelong interest in the industry, and in helping people. Before she launched her career as an agent, Veronica was a professional swimmer on the Spanish National team, where she discovered her interest in meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. Veronica also worked as a labor law consultant for Deloitte.
Veronica lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband, her son, and her daughter.
Noelia is the youngest of four sisters in a family of Real Estate Agents. To say real estate is in her blood may perhaps be an understatement. From an early age her mother and father, both active Real Estate Agents in Spain, have included her in the business. Her older sister Veronica, was recently named one of the top Realtors in the DC metro area.
Having been raised within and around the industry, Noelia intimately knows the importance of treating her clients with honesty, care, and professionalism that they deserve.
Noelia was raised near Barcelona, Spain in a very athletic and active family. All of the sisters, including herself, participated in international swimming and water-polo teams where they competed all across Europe. This instilled the importance of teamwork, and active pursuance which is an integral part of her relationships with her clients and provided the basis for her work ethic today.
Noelia moved to America after attending law school at University of Barcelona. She made the transition in order to follow the family business, earn an American undergraduate degree, and ultimately aspires to become a nationally recognized Realtor. Being from a trilingual and international family has also greatly enhanced her ability to interface natively with a multitude of clients comfortably and effectively, thus making the process of purchasing or selling a home a seamless and pleasant experience.
